How to plan a Mithras fusion

Mithras is a level 39 Sun Persona with Nuclear inheritance and the Skillful Technique trait. Those facts are more useful together than in isolation: inheritance limits which skills can travel into the result, while the trait can decide whether a recipe fits a damage, support, or defensive build.

For a standard fusion, start with the reverse-fusion table and compare more than one valid pair. A slightly more expensive recipe can be better when it reuses a registered Persona, preserves a desired skill source, or avoids a DLC-dependent result.
